Polyglota is a language and translation institution offering online classes, certified translations and an AI-powered learning portal. You can reach us any time at info@polyglota.app.

To use the AI Student Portal you create an account with your name, phone number, email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.

You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter into these terms in your country (see “Children/minors” in our Privacy Policy).

Some features are available for free; others require a paid subscription. We may change which features are free or paid, and we will try to give reasonable notice of material changes.

Parts of the portal use AI (including Google/Gemini services) to generate exercises, practice conversations and draft assignments. AI output can be imperfect or inaccurate and should be treated as a learning aid, not professional or certified advice.

Assignments and feedback may be reviewed or created by Polyglota teachers. Teacher review is intended to improve quality but does not guarantee a specific learning outcome.

You agree not to misuse the services — for example, by attempting to break security, disrupt the service, infringe others’ rights, upload unlawful content, or use the platform to harass others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Polyglota’s curriculum, software, branding and materials are owned by Polyglota or its licensors and are protected by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own learning; you may not resell or redistribute them.

You keep ownership of the content you submit (such as answers, recordings and messages). You grant Polyglota the limited right to store and process this content to provide and improve the service, including teacher review.

Paid subscriptions are billed as described at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, payments are non-refundable for periods already used. You can stop a recurring subscription before the next billing date.

We work to keep the services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and parts of the service (including AI features) may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, Polyglota is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
